Register your event with Tee it Up for the Troops

Tee it up for the Troops, Inc. is a Minnesota based non-profit organization having a business address at 515 West Travelers Trail, Burnsville, Minnesota, 55337. Tee it up for the Troops, Inc. is authorized to extend a non-exclusive, nontransferable license to you for use of our Tee it up for the Troops trademark.
This serves as an agreement that the use of the Tee it up for the Troops, Inc. trademark will be used in compliance with our standards of quality and control. To that end, you shall maintain the standards of quality in connection with fundraising and event efforts happening in connection with the Tee it up for the Troops name.
As you may know, Tee it up for the Troops, Inc. is the owner of rights in and to the mark Tee it up for the Troops as used for annual golf tournaments and other charity golf events, including the efforts for a National Day of Golf to be held the Friday prior to September 11th each year. The intention of which is to raise funds to help support the fallen and disabled members of the United States Armed Forces and their families.
We have also agreed to extend this license in exchange for your guarantee that the funds raised at your event will be directed to the National Tee it up for the Troops office at 515 West Travelers Trail, Burnsville, Minnesota, 55337. Please note that this license to you does not include any right for you to grant sublicenses to third parties.
Finally, we want to specify that your efforts are not a joint venture, nor are you a partner of Tee it up for the Troops, Inc.
