SUMMARY:Tee It Up for the Troops – Huntington Club - Huntington Beach\, CA
DESCRIPTION:Interested in an inspiring and fun way to help veterans in your community? Join our Tee It Up for the Troops Huntington Beach event at The Huntington Club for a local charity golf tournament to support those who have sacrificed so much for us. \nThis Southern California charity golf tournament is held at The Huntington Club in Huntington Beach\, Orange County. These events are meant to be fun\, while at the same time always remembering the sacrifices our military heroes and their families make daily. Tee It Up for the Troops combines an exciting golf event with an inspiring patriotic ceremony and tribute to our military\, and ends the day with a rousing reception and auction to raise more funds for our American heroes. Please join other sponsors\, golfers\, volunteers\, and veterans as we enjoy a day on the golf course and raise awareness and funds to support veterans and their families. \nAccording to VA officials\, not only is the overall rate of suicides is 1.5 times higher among veterans\, and researchers are seeing a troubling increase in the rate of younger veterans taking their lives. The change from battlefront to homefront can be particularly challenging for combat veterans\, who often are working through war-related PTSD\, depression\, anxiety\, and more. Our support for these American Heroes should never end once they come home from war. Corporate and individual sponsorships and donations are needed for our Orange County charity golf event to help more combat warriors overcome physical\, mental\, and emotional wounds incurred in the line of duty. Proceeds from this local military charity event go to many local veteran service organizations and national programs like the Tee It Up for the Troops outreach program\, REUNION\, where combat veterans are reunited with their comrades from the battlefield. \nIt’s time to help our veterans get back on course! You can help our veterans by joining us at Tee It Up for the Troops – Huntington Beach and give thanks to all those who have served us with such honor! To register\, sponsor or donate to this Orange County charity golf tournament\, please reach out to us via the contact information below. \nRegistration Information\nAccess event website here. \nContact Information\nClick to email Event Organizers\n \nDonations accepted here. To support this Tee It Up for the Troops Orange County military charity golf tournament\, enter Huntington Beach as the name of the tournament you wish to benefit from your donation.
