Tee It Up for the Troops at Desert Mountain Golf Club – Phoenix Charity Golf Event

Event Details

Thank you to Desert Mountain for hosting a Phoenix charity golf event to help our American heroes get Desert Mountainback on course!

Please join us for the 2nd Tee It Up for the Troops event on the Outlaw Course at Desert Mountain Club as we honor all U.S. military service members and support all those who have sacrificed so much to serve our nation.

This will surely be a memorable day as we are honored to have 5 Medal of Honor recipients on-site for this event!  The Medal of Honor is our nation’s highest and most prestigious military award that recognizes gallantry and acts of valor above and beyond the call of duty.  There are only 67 living Medal of Honor recipients at this time.

Each sponsored foursome will be joined by a Medal of Honor recipient or a local combat wounded veteran!

This very special Phoenix charity golf event will include an impactful opening ceremony, a great day of golf, a fabulous post-event reception with presentations by the Medal of Honor attendees, and an auction featuring amazing items.

From the battlefront to the home front.

The change from the battlefront to the home front can be particularly challenging for combat veterans, who often are working through war-related PTSD, depression, anxiety, and more. Our support for these American Heroes should never end once they come home from war. These brave Americans volunteered and fought for our nation and they are not getting the services they need. We believe we can and should do better by them and are asking for your help to be able to continue to do so.  Corporate and individual supporters are needed to help combat warriors overcome physical, mental, and emotional wounds and regain their independence.

Proceeds to support critical areas of need for disabled veterans.

Proceeds from this Phoenix charity golf event will benefit the Congressional Medal of Honor Society and the Tee It Up for the Troops REUNION that reunites combat veterans with their comrades from the battlefield.
