ABOUT REUNION
REUNION is an opportunity for veterans to reconnect with a trusted battle buddy and spend time with the only other people who truly understand the challenges of life after combat.
Hosted in a safe and relaxing environment, REUNION gives combat veterans a chance to reconnect with a battle buddy for four days that include therapeutic time on the golf course (all golf abilities are welcome), breakout sessions, and more. Significant others (or caregivers) are encouraged to join and are provided with dedicated programming of their own. REUNION attendees reignite old bonds, build new friendships, and spend time with the only others who truly understand the challenges of life after military service, while they recharge and connect to new resources to help them thrive.
REUNION creates space for veterans and their significant others to reconnect, reflect, and recharge.
At REUNION, you do not have to explain where you have been or face what comes next alone. It is a place to reconnect, recharge, and rediscover the strength that comes from being surrounded by people who understand.
Combat veterans interested in a reunion with a comrade should submit a completed Warrior Application Form by October 1st.
Applications are reviewed by our REUNION committee and those who are selected to participate are notified by November 1st.
- Hosted in a secure and relaxing resort environment, participants not only reconnect with those who are most trusted, but also develop new friendships and support networks to help them heal, transition, grow, and thrive.
- Throughout REUNION, warriors benefit from therapeutic time on the golf course (all golf skill levels, including beginners, are welcome) and participate in a variety of helpful breakout sessions. Caregivers & significant others enjoy time participating in helpful breakout sessions of their own, therapeutic recreation, and time to recharge.
- Participants share a villa with their comrade and caregiver (if attending). Each villa includes two separate bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious dining/living space, and a full kitchen.
- All expenses are paid except for travel to/from your airport, parking, food/meals while traveling and Friday night, and luggage fees.
