Founded in 2005, Tee It Up for the Troops exists to honor, remember, respect, and support the men and women who serve — and have served in our nation’s armed forces. We believe that supporting America’s heroes doesn’t end when they return home. For many, a new and difficult battle begins after their military service ends. That’s why we proudly support both active-duty service members and veterans from all eras.
Proceeds from Tee It Up for the Troops events help fund national and local veteran service organizations addressing six key areas:
A portion of the funds raised at this event will also support our REUNION outreach program, which reunites combat veterans who were separated—often due to battlefield injuries—and brings together their caregivers for a healing experience. These events are designed to help veterans reconnect, restore trust, and transition to fulfilling civilian lives.
Tee It Up for the Troops is committed to transparency and fiscal responsibility. We’re proud to be recognized with top ratings from charity watchdogs, including Charity Navigator, GuideStar, and Great-Nonprofits. With administrative costs averaging less than 6%, and strong volunteer engagement, the majority of funds go directly to supporting veterans and their families.
