
Kyle M. Ruch, CCM, is a seasoned private country club executive recognized for strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative programming. As General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of The Forest Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida, he oversees all aspects of club operations, guiding the club’s long-term vision and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.
With a career rooted in premier private clubs, Kyle has built a reputation for strengthening club culture and developing high-performing teams. Prior to his current role, he held senior leadership positions at North Shore Country Club in Glenview, Illinois, and Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, Texas.
Kyle is known for his collaborative leadership style, results-driven mindset, and ability to balance tradition with thoughtful innovation. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of North Texas. Prior to his career in hospitality, Kyle served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps, deploying overseas twice in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In his free time, Kyle loves being outdoors in Southwest Florida with his wife (Amy) and two young sons (Tommy and Wyatt) and dabbling in real estate investments.
