All Tee It Up for the Troops fundraising events are made possible through generous sponsors and donors.
Veterans are never asked to pay to participate — these events exist to support you, not the other way around.
A quick note about non-alcoholic options and veteran well-being.At Tee It Up for the Troops, we believe every veteran deserves an event experience that supports their health, honors their journey, and fosters true belonging. With the rise of mindful drinking — and the reality that many veterans are navigating recovery from substance use — offering and encouraging non-alcoholic options at every Tee It Up for the Troops event is vital, as it reflects the values we stand for, helping our American heroes not just to survive but to thrive!
GOLF EVENTS
Tee It Up for the Troops Golf Scramble
Our Golf Scramble is our signature fundraising event, bringing together individuals, businesses, and military heroes for a meaningful day on the course. Sponsors may purchase a variety of golf foursome options and have the opportunity to be paired with a military veteran hero, creating a unique and memorable experience for all involved. Each event typically includes an opening ceremony, a shotgun-start golf scramble, and concludes with activities such as a closing ceremony, auction, and lunch or dinner—varying by location.

Honor Days & Club Events
Already planning a Member-Guest Day, Independence Day Celebration, Veterans Day tournament, or similar golf gathering? Consider donating proceeds from those events or asking participants to make donations to support our cause.

Dink It Up for the Troops
Looking for a fun and meaningful way to rally your pickleball community? This is a great way to honor our nation’s heroes while enjoying America’s fastest-growing sport! Host a charity pickleball event to support veterans and their families—whether it’s a community tournament, open play day, or skills challenge. Your event could include round-robin play, food trucks or a cookout, raffles or auctions, live music, and a powerful message from a combat veteran who shares their journey through service, sacrifice, and healing. Every dink, drop shot, and donation helps make a difference!
Serve It Up for the Troops
Looking for an inspiring and fun way to engage the tennis community? Consider paying tribute to our nation and military while supporting veterans through a charity tennis event! A Serve It Up for the Troops event could include a private or community tennis tournament paired with a dinner, auction, live music, and/or an inspirational heartfelt message from a combat veteran sharing their personal journey through combat and recovery.
NON-SPORTING EVENTS
Whether it’s a thoughtfully crafted mocktail station or non-alcoholic beers offered at Foam of the Brave and Tip It Up for the Troops, it’s a wonderful opportunity to honor sobriety and promote wellness, giving our American heroes the best chance of success once they’ve returned home.
Foam of the Brave
Hosting a Foam of the Brave charity craft beer-tasting event to honor and support our nation’s veterans is a wonderful way to engage members and/or the community to support our American Heroes! In addition to sampling some (local) craft beers, a Foam of the Brave event could also include serving a delicious meal or appetizers, an auction, live music, and/or an inspirational heartfelt message from a combat veteran who shares their personal journey through combat and recovery.
Tip It Up for the Troops
We all enjoy a social event shared with friends, family, and colleagues. Why not add a fundraising component that says “thank you” and tip a glass in salute to those who protect and serve us? A Tip It Up for the Troops event could include a delicious meal or appetizers, an auction, live music, and/or an inspirational message from a combat veteran who shares their personal journey through combat and recovery.
